1. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the "Mama Donka" e-commerce platform and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the purchased products within 14 days, starting from the date you received the goods.

2. If you wish to return items, please contact us via the contact form or by email: [email protected].

3. Please send us your email address, order number, and the reason for returning one or more products, along with a picture of the product you wish to return.

4. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm via email and/or phone, after which you can send the product.

5. Once we receive the products, we will check if they are in their original condition and form, as sold to you, and will inform you if we find any issues that reduce their value.

6. If you wish to receive a refund, the amount will be transferred to your specified bank account within 14 days from the date we receive the products.

7. If the complaint is due to missing items, unlisted defects, size discrepancies, or inconsistencies with the stated brand, the courier costs will be covered by us.

8. In all other cases, we will deduct the cost of one courier service from the amount due, equivalent to the delivery cost to your location.

If the received products do not meet your expectations, the customer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 working days, provided the goods are unused and returned with all labels and original packaging.

The goods must be properly secured during transport and sent to the same address as stated in the shipment note.

Goods received more than 14 working days ago will not be accepted for return.

Used products, or products damaged due to improper use by the customer, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Goods that do not meet the above return and complaint conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Complaints regarding damages that occurred during transport, provided there is a "Fragile" label, are not the responsibility of Mama Donka.

* The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. In case of an exchange, the customer must pay for the shipping costs in both directions.

* Complaints regarding damages caused by improper use by the customer, and not due to receiving a defective product, will not be considered.
