3. Please send us your email address, order number, and the reason for returning one or more products, along with a picture of the product you wish to return.
4. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm via email and/or phone, after which you can send the product.
5. Once we receive the products, we will check if they are in their original condition and form, as sold to you, and will inform you if we find any issues that reduce their value.
6. If you wish to receive a refund, the amount will be transferred to your specified bank account within 14 days from the date we receive the products.
7. If the complaint is due to missing items, unlisted defects, size discrepancies, or inconsistencies with the stated brand, the courier costs will be covered by us.
8. In all other cases, we will deduct the cost of one courier service from the amount due, equivalent to the delivery cost to your location.
